The concession was given by the Municipality of Puntarenas on June 17, 1999, for a period of 20 years, with the approval of the CIMAT. It has an area of one hundred forty one thousand five hundred seventy five square meters (141,575 m2), occupying a public space of 31.575,74 m2, a restricted space of 47.000 m2, and a “darsena” of 63.000 m2.
Project:
The project itself is designed for a capacity of 365 boats, ranging from 20’ to 45’ boats. It will have parking spaces, customs building, gas station, fire station, souvenir stores, restaurants, and water treatment plants.
